NAVIGATING THE COLD AND FLU SEASON OF 2018
Some great information is out there to help you navigate through the 2018 Cold and Flu Season. And one of my favorite options is "PURE" Manuka Honey directly from New Zealand. I used this honey last year when I was hit with the cold and respiratory virus that was floating around in late 2016. I had been under the weather for about 6 weeks with a few good days followed by two or three bad days.
