NAVIGATING THE COLD AND FLU SEASON OF 2018

Some great information is out there to help you navigate through the 2018 Cold and Flu Season. And one of my favorite options is "PURE" Manuka Honey directly from New Zealand. I used this honey last year when I was hit with the cold and respiratory virus that was floating around in late 2016. I had been under the weather for about 6 weeks with a few good days followed by two or three bad days. I had a Holistic Nurse in one of the Assisted Living Communities that I worked with tell me about this miracle super food. I bought some from a Health Food Store and started taking 1 tbsp twice a day. Within 1 day my 103 fever was gone and within 3 days the cough that had been lingering for 4 weeks now was about 90% gone. I continued taking the honey for about 4 weeks and completely kicked the cough and the cold that had been lingering for so long.

Do your research and then talk to your Health Care Provider about the healing benefits of pure Manuka Honey. You can search a lot of articles on the internet to get more information.

It is a natural product that can also assist with certain viruses that can be picked up in the Hospital and Nursing Homes during rehab. We have used this with our Mom and other relatives to keep them healthy and fit during the 2017 and 2018 virus season.
